Dinda, having previously escaped the terror of the Kuntilanak (a female vampire ghost), sets out to reunite with her biological mother, Karmila. Against the wishes of her Aunt Donna, she embarks on this journey with her younger siblings, Julia, and Edwin. Their path leads them to a secluded house in the forest, where they become ensnared by supernatural forces.
